Roads

All of the roads in Rockhouse Mountain are privately owned and maintained by the association. The universal speed limit of all roads in Rockhouse (unless otherwise posted) is 20 MPH (32 km/h).

Please help to keep Rockhouse's roads driveable by refraining from abrupt maneuvers and spinning your tires. 4WD/AWD is recommended while traversing Rockhouse roads, especially during inclement weather. This will reduce the strain on your vehicle, as well as preserve the roads and prevent washboarding and ruts, which damage vehicle suspension systems.

Rockhouse follows the town of Conway's ordinances for road weight limits.
